1. Institutional Framework
By accessing choicemca.com, you agree to the governance framework of the Choice Network's Multi-Client Account (MCA). This domain serves as the primary institutional anchor for Google Merchant Center synchronization and verification.
2. Merchant Obligations
All merchants and creators provisioned under the Choice MCA must adhere to the Gold Standard Shopping Policy. This includes maintaining accurate inventory data, honoring the 30-day return policy, and ensuring all product metadata is compliant with GMC standards.
3. API Synchronization
Service data is synchronized in real-time via the Choice CMS backend. We reserve the right to audit, modify, or suspend any sub-account provisioned under our MCA to maintain the network's overall integrity and "Gold Standard" rating.
4. Limitation of Liability
Choice MCA is an aggregator of merchant services. While we provide the infrastructure and verification bridge, individual fulfillment and customer service remain the primary responsibility of the creator hub where the transaction originated.
