Data Deletion Policy

Effective Date: 6/3/2026

1. Requesting Data Deletion

If you wish to have your account and all associated data deleted from the Choice MCA network, you may submit a formal request. Once submitted, we will scrub your personal data, YouTube API tokens, and associated metrics from our servers within 30 days.

2. Retention for Legal Compliance

Please note that while your profile and API tokens will be deleted, we are required by financial regulations to retain transactional records and institutional logs of payouts for up to 7 years.

3. Contact for Deletion

To initiate a data deletion request, please email privacy@choicenetwork.net with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address registered to your account.
