Return Policy

1. 30-Day Gold Standard

All storefronts under the Choice MCA umbrella are required to honor a minimum 30-day return window. This is a non-negotiable requirement for institutional GMC compliance and ensures buyer protection across the entire network.

2. Initiating Returns

Returns must be initiated through the original creator storefront where the product was purchased. Choice MCA provides the verification bridge for these storefronts but does not handle physical product logistics directly.

3. Merchant Accountability

Failure to process legitimate returns will result in immediate suspension of the merchant sub-account from our MCA. We maintain high integrity standards to protect our 'Gold Standard' network rating.
